Renowned for bridging commercial strategy with technical delivery, Jonathan has driven complex projects from concept to completion, aligning financial models, spatial frameworks, and stakeholder partnerships to unlock sustainable growth. 
He is also founding director of the northern powerhouse partnership, helping to shape the region’s long-term strategy for investment, innovation, and inclusive growth.
