
His expertise led to his appointment to the New York State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) Board, where he provided strategic oversight on bond issuance and long-term housing-finance policy. Prior to HCR, McIntyre spent years in municipal finance, blending public-sector strategy with private-market experience.
Following his public-sector work, he became Chief Strategy Officer at Inclusive Prosperity Capital, a nonprofit focused on clean energy and community investment. He holds degrees from the University of Michigan, graduating with High Distinction.
