Advising a bidding consortium for the operation of Sofia Airport in Bulgaria
Advised the consortium comprising Bouygues, Aeroports de Paris, TAV, IFC and the Marguerite Fund on the Zagreb Airport Concession Project. Advised the consortia throughout the bidding process through to Financial Close and post completion advice on letting of sub-concessions.
Advised the Ministry of Transport & Communications and Works on the commercialisation of Limassol Port by the letting of 3 concessions for the operation of the Container Terminal and a Multipurpose Terminal and the provision of Marine Services.
